Harrietville is a village nestling in the Ovens Valley at the foot of Mt Hotham and is regarded as one of the states prettiest vacation areas. Harrietville Cabins & Caravan Park is the ideal destination to getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, adjacent to the Ovens river surrounded by trees and ridges, bird and animal life aplenty, just the place to kick back and relax. Come and stay in one of our Cedar Cabins: All have 2 bedrooms, ensuite, full size oven, fridge, microwave,T.V. DVD, All bedding is supplied. The cabins are fully insulated,carpeted and equipped with heaters and ceiling fans. A full length verandah with outdoor setting complete the facilities. Our On-site vans are four to eight berth with aluminium annexes. All have kitchen facilities,T.V. and heaters. Bedding is required. Powered and Unpowered sites are available. Clean amenities, Laundry facilities, Childrens playground, Campfires (fire bins provided), Pets welcome, barbeque. General Store, Icecreamery, Coffee shop, Hotels are all within walking distance from the park. Trout Farm and Lavender farm only a 5 mins drive. The area offers many attractions for each holiday maker: Bushwalking, Bikeriding, fishing, off road driving, trailbike riding, Gold panning, Photography, Painting, Winter sports,Golf(close by), swimming or simply relax and enjoy. Day trips include Mt Hotham, Falls Creek, Bogong, Mt Buffalo, Anglers Rest, Beechworth and Yackandandah. Take in the wineries, berry and nut farms.
