Located in the heart of the Coonawarra Vineyards on 2.4 hectares of landscaped grounds, Chardonnay Lodge is a well established Wine Resort for travellers appreciating fine food, wine and accommodation. Our 39 large suites are perfect for individuals, couples plus families and groups. We're ideally situated mid way between Adelaide and Melbourne.
Guests can choose from a variety of room options ranging from: Deluxe Units, complete with queen sized bed, dining table and chairs and ensuite bathroom, all the way through to Superior Spa Units, containing king sized bed in master bedroom, tv, desk, kitchenette (including fridge and microwave), corner spa, separate shower, air-conditioning, bright modern decor.
Tariff for all units includes a light breakfast provided in the unit.
Chardonnay Lodge is not just a place to stay......but also a place to relax, dine and a great place for those that love art with in hosting a number of solo exhibitions throughout the year.
And for those that love their fine wine.....The Poplars Coonawarra Winery, Cellar Door and Restaraunt is located just across the road from Chardonnay Lodge. The Cellar Door Precinct officially opened in September 2007; features wine tasting and sales, a cheese bar, a produce store and Kitchen Cafe. Stop in for breakfast, lunch, coffee, cake, regional produce, handmade chocolates, ice cream and more. Open 9am - 6pm everyday.
